The system charged me to much and I did not realize it. I was immediately contacted on a Saturday evening by text message to let me know if the error and how much I would be refunded. The company also contacted me by text to let me know when they would be coming and setting up. They let me know their estimated arrival by GPA (which was correct). This company took extra steps to prevent the kids from tripping on electrical lines and to keep grass out of my house by laying turf (not an extra cost). They were very polite and friendly. This is my third inflatable company (we are experienced). I highly recommend this company if you are looking to rental an inflatable for the day.

Ann was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Staff was amazing!! Kept me updated before and after party!! The staff was very accommodating to us and even brought a tarp to lay down where as the last time we rented from somewhere else there was no tarp (we also did not have one because it was the first time renting one and completely unaware we needed one and our yard was destroyed) mostly our fault, but we appreciated them having one and putting it down! We loved the staff and they were so easy to work worth and genuinely nice people!! Our slide that we originally selected to rent was “damaged” (had a few spots on it, nothing huge) they notified us and gave us different options we could do and ultimately upgraded us. We hope to use them again for another event before we move!

My first personal inflatable rental experience could not have been better. Ann and company were so attentive, quick to respond with my questions, and their flexibility for what I wanted and needed, was the best. The Fiesta was as clean as it could be upon set-up, which was quick and ready to go within just minutes. I highly recommend Clarksville Inflatables and my grandchildren have already picked out the next inflatable to rent when they visit again!

I rented the inflatable water slide for my kids. The team was informative and on time as well. Set up and take down were quick and they explained everything to me as well like how to use the blower and that the hose has a valve for on and off. My kids loved it and ate still recovering from playing so hard all day!

It was the best experience ever. Contacted them April 2nd for April 9th event. So easy to communicate and very reliable with time and whatever you guys talk/discuss about. They do want you to have deposit for $50 but that is totally understandable but you can cancel it and get the deposit back as long as for valid reasons. We rented the combo with two slides. My kids/guests enjoyed it very well, and we ended up keeping it for overnight and they are so easy to work with. I've contacted so many inflatables and they are really the best one. I just don't know how else to say it but I'm definitely going to use them again no one else.

They were very professional and courteous, definitely recommend and would hire them again. They have all the permits and are licensed and insured. The kids really enjoyed the bouncy castle and it’s really cool they can do overnight rentals, we’ll try that next time.
